Virtual Troop Meetings

Guidance

Before any online meetings with girls, please be sure to review Safety Activity Checkpoints - Virtual Troop Meetings and the COVID-19 Guidance for Meetings and Activities!

We have included a list of free and low-cost conferencing tools that could be useful to you in support of virtual meetings and events. We encourage troop leaders to look at these and alternative options and discuss with parents and girls the best solution for your troop’s needs during this challenging time.

While all of these options have a free version, please note that you may be prompted to consider upgraded versions for a subscription fee.

We want to know what's popular!  Let us know what platform you like best for your troop meetings.

Need help getting started? Check out  Getting Started With Virtual Troop Meetings for important tips, a sample troop agenda and an introduction to Zoom!
