Flexibility and Balance
We work hard, play harder, and make sure our team has the time to recharge. Here’s how:
Paid Winter Shutdown: The office closes for one week each year around the winter break.
Generous Vacation & Sick Leave: Full-time team members earn the equivalent of fifteen days of vacation in their first year in addition to the winter shutdown.
Paid Holidays: In addition to shutdowns and leave, we close for approximately eleven additional paid holidays.
