Ready to lead, shine, and make camp magic happen? This Cadette Program Aide camp is designed to help girls build strong leadership skills while supporting younger campers as they explore, learn, and have fun. The program follows the new GSUSA Program Aide requirements, and Cadettes who successfully complete the week will earn the Program Aide pin at the end of camp.
Program Aides receive hands-on training to guide activities, assist with badges, mentor younger girls, and work as part of a team-building confidence, communication, and résumé-ready skills along the way. Campers will also plan and lead an exciting all-camp activity, putting their creativity and leadership into action.
Cadettes who complete the program will have the opportunity to volunteer at Camp Ducktail Day Camp at no additional cost, earning service hours that count toward their Girl Scout Service in Girl Scouting pin. This camp is perfect for Cadettes ready to step into leadership, grow their skills, and make a meaningful impact in the camp community.
