Strong Minds, Brave Hearts-Coping Skills, Confidence & Emotional Wellness for Older Girls

Strong Minds, Brave Hearts is an interactive mental wellness workshop created to help girls build confidence, emotional awareness, and healthy coping skills in a fun and supportive setting.

Girls today face stress from school, friendships, social pressures, and growing up in a fast-paced world. This workshop creates a safe space for girls to learn that mental health is just as important as physical health.

During this 90-minute experience, participants will:

* Learn age-appropriate coping skills for stress and anxiety

* Practice calming and grounding techniques

* Explore positive self-talk and confidence-building

* Discuss emotions, friendships, and healthy communication

* Create a personalized vision board focused on goals, confidence, and self-care

* Participate in interactive discussions and hands-on activities

This workshop is designed to encourage self-expression, resilience, emotional wellness, and leadership while helping girls feel seen, supported, and empowered.

Girls will earn the  Resilient. Ready. Strong  patch

Hosted by Troop 194 and facilitated by Registered Nurse and Mental Health Educator Monisha Wilson.
