Back-to-School Glow Up is a fun and empowering workshop designed to help girls prepare mentally and emotionally for the new school year.
As girls transition into a new school year, many experience stress, anxiety, friendship challenges, pressure to fit in, and self-confidence struggles. This workshop focuses on helping girls develop healthy emotional wellness habits while building confidence, resilience, and leadership skills.
During this 90-minute workshop, participants will:
* Learn healthy coping skills for school-related stress and anxiety
* Practice calming techniques and positive mindset exercises
* Discuss healthy friendships, peer pressure, kindness, and boundaries
* Build confidence and emotional resilience
* Participate in interactive activities and group discussions
* Create personalized "Glow-Up Goals" vision boards and goal-setting activities for the upcoming school year
Girls will leave feeling encouraged, supported, motivated, and better prepared emotionally for the school year ahead.
Hosted by Troop 194 and facilitated by Registered Nurse and Mental Health Educator Monisha Wilson.
