Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada have been invited to bring their friends, and your family and join the fun at no cost.
Every October, our community comes together to walk for a cause that protects Southern Nevada's most precious resource:
water. Girl Scouts and their families are all invited to learn and walk with us for free, thanks to our sponsors!
EVENT DETAILS
A 2.16-mile walk at your own pace through the scenic trails of Springs Preserve
Hands-on water science activities from the DISCOVERY Children's Museum
The Bucket Challenge: carry a water bucket and learn what it's
like for kids who walk for clean water every day
The Water Pledge: a fun, memorable way to commit to
conservation
A free t-shirt and registration for every Girl Scouts and family member.
EVENT TIMELINE
8:00 AM Check-in, bucket pick-up, group photos, face painting & Water Pledge
8:30 AM Mayor's welcome, performances & group warm-up
9:00 AM The Walk begins - 2.16 miles through Springs Preserve
10:30 AM Stay & explore the WaterWorks Exhibit
