Get ready to blast off on an out-of-this-world adventure! Join us for a special CCSD No School Day at the CSN planetarium as we explore the wonders of space, the Moon, and the incredible people who make space exploration possible. This event will take place at the CSN Planetarium.
During our visit, we'll enjoy two exciting planetarium programs. Travel back to the Moon as Apollo astronauts
retrace their historic journeys across the lunar surface. Then, discover what it takes to become an astronaut and learn more about life and work in space.
The experience also includes a live seasonal stargazing presentation featuring the stars and constellations currently visible in the Las Vegas sky. Afterward, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with a Dale Etheridge Planetarium astrophysicist during a live astronomy Q&A session.
Each registered Girl Scout will receive a fun commemorative event patch to remember their space adventure!

CANCELLATION, REFUND & ATTENDANCE POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada reserves the right to cancel or change any scheduled activities due to lack of enrollment, severe weather, or natural disaster. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing or email to: customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org - ten (10) business days before the event to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued to no shows. No transfers are permitted to be made from one Girl Scout's account to another.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing to: customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org -Requests should include member's name, program name, date, and reason for refund/cancellation. Refunds can not be issued once the registration deadline is passed.
Attendance Policy: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we ask that all participants arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important, safety and critical information shared at the beginning of the event.Refunds cannot be issued for no-shows or for participants arriving more than ten (10) minutes late who are asked to leave.
