Spend your day off school exploring the wonders of space with Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada at the CSN Dale Etheridge Planetarium!

This exciting no school day adventure takes girls on a journey to the heart of the Milky Way to uncover the mysteries of our galaxy. Witness the power of black holes, travel faster than light across billions of stars, and peer through the Hubble Space Telescope to see the birth of the universe.

During this immersive program, Girl Scouts will enjoy:

Part 1: Main Program - Embark on a breathtaking tour through the cosmos, from the Atacama Desert in Chile to the supermassive black hole at the center of our galaxy. Experience the formation of galaxies, dazzling nebulae, and the Solar System like never before.

Part 2: Seasonal Stargazing - Learn to identify constellations visible in the Las Vegas sky and understand how they change with the seasons.

Part 3: Astronomy Q&A - Engage with a real astrophysicist, ask questions, and connect science concepts to real discoveries.

Perfect for Daisies, Brownies, and Juniors, this program also helps girls earn their Space Science badges. Give your Girl Scout an unforgettable experience of discovery, curiosity, and wonder-all while making learning fun.

Space is limited-reserve your spot today!

Please note this is not a drop-off event-all girls must be accompanied by an adult.
