Beat the HEAT and stay COOL  with a film screening of  Cities of the Future narrated by John Krasinski. This event is hosted by BIG & Digital's Cinema Learning Challenge, NCWIT Nevada, and Galaxy Theatres at the Boulevard Mall.
 
Imagine stepping 50 years into the future and finding smart cities designed to be totally sustainable. Renewable energy is our primary power source, space-based solar power provides solar energy 24 hours a day, everything is recycled, and you travel in individualized pods that run on little or no energy. This isn't science fiction. Engineers are making plans for a sustainable world right now, and it's coming to the giant screen!

Cities of the Future is produced in association with the American Society of Civil Engineers(ASCE).

Saturday, July 18th - Schedule(times are estimates and subject to change):
9:45AM - 10:30AM - Boulevard Mall Doors Open (exact time will be emailed to you)
10:30AM - 11:15AM Films begins (estimate)
 
We encourage you to bring a friend, family member, or colleague, anyone who would enjoy the film, to qualify for a concession ticket. One (1) concession ticket will be issued for every two (2) attendees. Each ticket may be redeemed for one (1) complimentary popcorn, one (1) soft drink, and/or one (1) treat.
 
Additional concession items are available for purchase.
 
Please note that some items may not be included in this offering.
 
 
 
The event is a FREE ticketed experience and you must register to attend.
