2nd Annual Holiday Cookie Exchange
Celebrate the holiday season with Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada at our 2nd Annual Holiday Cookie Exchange!
Bring 2 dozen homemade or store-bought cookies or holiday candies to exchange while enjoying hot cocoa, holiday music, festive crafts, games, and time with family and friends. Every registered participant will receive a commemorative holiday patch.

Food Allergies
Please label all treats that contain common allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat/gluten, soy, and sesame. If your treats are gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, or vegan, please label them accordingly to help everyone enjoy the event safely.
What to Wear
Wear your favorite festive holiday outfit or holiday sweater and join us for a fun-filled afternoon of holiday cheer.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & ATTENDANCE POLICIES
Cancellation Policy: Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada reserves the right to cancel or change any scheduled activities due to lack of enrollment, severe weather, or natural disaster. Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing or email to: customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org - ten (10) business days before the event to receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued to no-shows. No transfers are permitted to be made from one Girl Scout's account to another.
Refund Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing to: customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org -Requests should include the member's name, program name, date, and reason for refund/cancellation.
Attendance Policy: Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone. We ask that all participants arrive on time. Late arrivals may miss important, safety, and critical information shared at the beginning of the event.
Refunds cannot be issued for no-shows or for participants arriving more than ten (10) minutes late who are asked to leave.
