Arrival & Location
- All pick-ups will be at the Front Lobby entrance.
- Please follow the posted signs and staff directions for parking and entering.
Pick-Up Process
- A caregiver must be present to sign a pledge to follow the Girl Scout Promise and Law before receiving the kit.
- Staff will verify participant information before releasing the kit.
Important Rules
- Kits must be picked up on the scheduled date unless prior arrangements are made.
- Each participant has 15 days to build their car, following the official safety and design rules provided in the Race Packet.
- Please plan and use your time wisely so you can finish within the 15-day window. We're not able to offer extra time beyond this period.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
No refunds are available within 30 days of the event or for no-shows. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 72 hours in advance to customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org. A minimum of 10 participants is required. If the minimum is not met two weeks before the event, it may be canceled. In that case, all registrants will be notified and given a full refund or the option to transfer to a future event.
