Empower Your Girl Scout with Self-Defense Skills!
Join us for a fun and engaging self-defense class designed specifically for Girl Scouts! In a supportive group atmosphere, your Girl Scout will learn valuable self-defense techniques while having a great time with her peers. By attending this class, she'll earn the Awareness Patch and have the chance to obtain the Back-Off Patch.
In this class, your Girl Scout will learn:
- Bully Prevention & Friendship Drama: How to handle bullying, name-calling, teasing, and friendship issues with confidence.
- Verbal Defense Techniques: Learn what bullies look for in victims and how to project a confident attitude.
- Stranger Awareness & Self-Defense: Recognize and respond to strangers, and understand the difference between appropriate and inappropriate adult behavior.
- Physical Self-Defense: Basic techniques to stay safe at school, home, and play.
- Safety & Communication Skills: Increase self-esteem, respect for self and others, and learn how to communicate effectively in challenging situations.
Your Girl Scout will walk away with enhanced confidence, better communication skills, and a deeper understanding of how to stay safe in various situations. Don't miss out on this empowering experience!
To ensure the success and quality of our events, a minimum of 10 participants is required. We must meet this minimum within the registration deadline, which is two weeks prior to the event.
If this minimum is not met by the deadline, we regretfully reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
