Looking for meaningful volunteer opportunities in Las Vegas, Henderson, or communities across Southern Nevada? Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada gives adults the opportunity to inspire the next generation while building connections, sharing their skills, and having fun along the way.
Behind every girl who discovers her strength is a volunteer who shows up, cheers her on, and believes in her. You already have what it takes to inspire girls to explore, grow, and lead. Along the way, you’ll build your own confidence, strengthen your leadership skills, and connect with a supportive community that shares your passion.
Volunteer as a troop leader: Guide a group of Girl Scouts by creating a fun, safe space where girls can build confidence, try new things, and make lasting friendships. We’ll help you get started with easy-to-use resources like the Girl Scout Experience Box and ready-made Troop Year Plans.
Be a supportive adult volunteer: Help girls thrive by assisting with troop meetings, activities, events, outdoor experiences, or other opportunities throughout Southern Nevada.
Get involved on your terms. Whether you’re looking for an ongoing volunteer role or another way to support Girl Scouts in your community, you can find an opportunity that fits your time, interests, and experience.
No previous Girl Scout experience is required. Whether you live in Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, or another Southern Nevada community, we’ll provide the resources and support you need to get started.

Girl Scout volunteers are registered adult members. The Girl Scout membership year runs from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. Annual membership dues are $65 for girl members and $30 for adult members. Additional local fees and discounts may apply. Financial aid may be available. Girl Scout memberships must be renewed annually.
