This class is not about firearms-it's about safety, awareness, and prevention, taught in a way that is calm, gentle, and age-appropriate. "This class helps my girls know what to do to stay safe if they ever encounter a firearm-without fear or pressure."

This age-appropriate safety class is designed to help younger Girl Scouts understand what to do if they ever encounter a firearm-without fear or intimidation. Using the nationally recognized USCCA children's firearm safety curriculum, lessons are taught in a calm, supportive, and engaging way that is never scary.

Girls will learn how to recognize a firearm, why they should never touch one, and the simple steps to take to get to safety and tell a trusted adult. The focus is on awareness, responsibility, and confidence-helping children make safe choices while giving parents peace of mind that the information is being taught clearly, thoughtfully, and with care.

This class empowers girls with knowledge that could one day keep them safe, while reinforcing the values of responsibility and smart decision-making in a positive environment.
