our Beginner Sewing Machine Workshop led by the
talented Las Vegas Quilters, and discover how sewing can be a fun way

In this hands-on workshop, you'll:

Whether you dream of making stylish pillowcases, fashion pieces, or unique DIY projects, this workshop will give you the skills and confidence to bring your ideas to life. No experience needed-just bring your excitement and get ready for a creative adventure with friends.
Fee includes: all project materials.
Spaces are limited, so sign up early to grab your spot and let's get stitching together.
To ensure the best experience for everyone, we need at least 10 participants registered two weeks before the event. If the minimum isn't met, we'll notify you right away and provide a full refund or transfer option.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Minimum and maximum attendance requirements exist for all programs. Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada reserves the right to cancel or change any scheduled activities due to lack of enrollment, severe weather, or natural disaster. Cancellation requests must be made in writing 72 hours before the event.
Refund
No refunds within 30 days of the event. No refunds will be issued for no shows. All refund requests must be made in writing to: customerservice@girlscoutsnv.org.
Event Cancellation Policy
To ensure the success and quality of our events, a minimum of 10 participants is required. We must meet this minimum within the registration deadline, which is two weeks prior to the event.
If this minimum is not met by the deadline, we regretfully reserve the right to cancel the event. In such cases, all registered participants will be notified promptly and offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us deliver meaningful and well-organized experiences.
Punctuality Policy for Event Participation
To ensure a smooth and enriching experience for all participants, we kindly request that all attendees arrive on time for the event.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, we ask that you refrain from joining the session. Late arrivals may disrupt the flow of the event and miss critical information presented at the beginning.
Please note that participants who are more than 15 minutes late will not qualify for a refund, as we must respect the time and efforts of all attendees and organizers.
