Calling All Girl Scouts, Friends, and Families!
SWAPS Workshop: Making SWAPS for the National Convention
Join us for a fun, hands-on SWAPS Workshop, where
Girl Scouts will learn how to create SWAPS (Special
Whatchamacallits Affectionately Pinned Somewhere)-small,
handmade tokens of friendship exchanged at Girl Scout events and
conventions.
During this workshop, girls will create SWAPS
specifically for the Girl Scout representatives from our
council who will be attending the National Girl Scout
Convention in Washington, D.C. These SWAPS will be shared
with Girl Scouts from across the country as a way to represent our
council and celebrate Girl Scout sisterhood.

This workshop supports skills found in badges such as
Girl Scout Way (all levels), Brownie Craft
& Tinker, Junior Craft & Tinker,
Cadette Art &
Design, and other creative or leadership-focused
badges.
All materials will be provided. Girls are encouraged to
bring their creativity and Girl Scout pride!
A light snack and a fun patch are included in the fee. Make sure you don't miss out, register today! THIS IS NOT A DROP-OFF EVENT. Girls must have a caregiver, troop leader, or trusted adult with them.
Attendance Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and safe experience for everyone, we ask that all participants arrive on time. Late arrivals may be missing important; safety and critical information shared at the beginning of the event.
Refunds cannot be issued for no-shows or for participants arriving more than ten (10) minutes late who are asked to leave.
