Help Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada Build a Better World! Girls will explore the power of innovation and sustainability through hands-on STEM activities that inspire creativity and problem-solving. From building solar bots and windmill generators to designing wooden boats and experimenting with new ways to create and construct, girls will have the freedom to choose which activities spark their curiosity.

This drop-off event gives girls the opportunity to explore independently, collaborate with others, and learn how science and engineering can make a positive impact on our planet. Girls will also have opportunities to work toward multiple STEAM-related badges for thier level as they create, test, and invent (badges not included). Each participant will receive a fun patch to celebrate their experience.

Note: Girls who are registered for both Session 1 (Build a Better World) and Session 2 (Out of This World Makers) are welcome to stay during the one-hour break between sessions, but they will need to provide their own lunch.
