Join Us for our 3rd Annual Girl Scout Sunday Sunrise Hike!
This event is open to all members, family, and friends
celebrate our favorite tradition on the beautiful Girl Scout Trail in
Calico Basin!
On March 12, 1912, Juliette Gordon Low
hosted the first Girl Scout meeting in Savannah, Georgia. To honor her
legacy and those who paved the way for us, we'll hike this easy
1.3-mile trail and enjoy the beauty of the sunrise together. While the
trail is relatively easy, please note there is a slight incline and a
small creek crossing, making it unsuitable for strollers or
wheelchairs. Half way through the hike, we'll enjoy a light
continental breakfast that will be provided while we watch the
sunrise. Participating in this hike is the only way to earn the
official Girl Scout Sunday Sunrise Hike patch!
