Welcome to the fall product season! Below are the updated training days. Use the link below to pick your preferred date.
***BRAND NEW Troop Product Coordinators (TPCs), select only dates that are listed for NEW TPCs.***
- Saturday, August 26 at LEAD
- Tuesday, August 29 at 1 pm at Council
- Thursday, August 31 at 6pm at Council
- Wednesday, September 6 at 1pm at Council
Seasoned TPCs training dates:
- Saturday, August 26 at LEAD
- Tuesday, August 29 at 6pm at Council
- Wednesday, August 30 at 10am at Council
- Thursday, August 31 at 10am at Council
Or, any of the dates for Brand New TPCs.

Juliette Caregivers Trainings will be held on the following dates at Council:
- Tuesday, September 5 at 6pm
- Thursday, September 7 at 10am

2023 Fall Product Schedule
September 2023
- September 7: Fall Product Program Begins! Girls send emails and create their Fall Product Program Avatar.
- September 20: Troop Opt-Out forms are due (available to Cadettes and above)
- September 21: Penny Sweep - Test ACH will be scheduled for all troops selling in M2.
- September 30: Last day for in-person Nut Promise orders
October 2023
- October 2: Final day for TPCs to enter order card information
- October 4: Last day for Online Girl Delivery orders. An email will be sent for sign-ups for pickup times.
- October 14: Fall Product warehouse pick-up. More information coming soon.
- October 23: Fall Product Program ends. Last day for warehouse orders pick-up.
- October 24: Initial ACH - 50% due to council.
- October 24: Delinquent Forms open
- October 30: Last day for TPCs to submit Rewards in M2
- October 31: Final day to submit the Delinquent form
November 2023
- November 1: Final ACH - remaining balance due to council
December 2023
- Late December: Estimated arrival date of recognitions delivered to SUECs. SUECs will reach out to TPCs to coordinate recognition pick-ups.
January 2024
- January 31: All recognition pick-ups completed. Recognitions not picked up by January 31, 2024 will be donated.
