Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada announces Dessert Before Dinner Honorees


Las Vegas (March 11, 2019) – The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada will honor eight outstanding female leaders in the Las Vegas community at their annual Dessert Before Dinner fundraising gala bringing well-deserved recognition to women who have made a significant impact in the fields of journalism, philanthropy, technology, and business. 760 attendees raised over $816,000 at Dessert Before Dinner 2018.

WHAT: The Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada will honor eight outstanding female leaders in the Las Vegas community at their annual Dessert Before Dinner fundraising gala bringing well-deserved recognition to women who have made a significant impact in the fields of journalism, philanthropy, technology, and business. In addition to the Honorees, some of the city's best pastry chefs will create confections using the Trefoils shortbread cookie. The gala features a cocktail reception, silent and live auctions, and entertainment.
