Between school, extracurricular activities, family obligations, and more, teenage girls may find their everyday lives stressful. This is a great workshop to learn how meditation and mindfulness help focus, cope with stress, and quiet the mind. Positive Affirmation Cards and a Journal can be helpful.
JOIN Erika Haggerty, LCSW-Graduated from Rutgers New Brunswick, New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has provided mental health services to community member of Las Vegas for the past eight years.
A "calming box" will be provided and available for pickup at our council. Patch and Kit is included in Fee.
