At this one hour training, learn what it takes to manage troop finances, keep accurate financial records for the troop and understand bank account basics, Learn about the process of opening and updating a Girl Scout Troop bank account and best practices. We'll discuss the GSSNV Annual Treasury report, ensuring you are ready to submit this required documentation on time. Along the way you'll learn what resources to use and who to contact if you have questions or concerns.
Prerequisites: GSSNV Adult Membership
This training is required for leaders and signers on troop/group bank accounts and recommended for any volunteers who assist with troop or product funds. This training must be completed within 3 months of starting a troop or being added to the troop bank account.
