Banana Split Cake

1 - 3 ounce package instant banana pudding
30 Shortbread Cookies
2 medium bananas, sliced
1 - 8 ounce container whipped topping
3 Juliette cookies, crushed

Mix pudding according to package directions. In a 2 quart
casserole dish, layer half the Trefoils, half the bananas, half
the pudding and half the whipped topping. Repeat layers.
Refrigerate four hours. Before serving top with crushed
Juliettes. (variations: add pineapple or strawberry toppings
when serving)
