For Siena Simon, selling cookies has helped her realize some hidden talents and highlight her current personality traits. Siena has always shown leadership skills, creativity, compassion, confidence and an outgoing fun loving personality. However, her business skills have truly taken off. She has developed a marketing plan to help her reach her cookie goal. Not only is she persuasive, she also can negotiate very well. She convinced her dad “he should give cookies to his staff and business associates.” Siena once told a customer “I understand if you are on a diet, but you can give the box of cookies to someone you know or don't know.”

Siena Simon is nine years old and has been a Girl Scout for almost 4 years. As a Daisy Girl Scout she sold more than 500 boxes of cookies! She is positive she will have another good year and has already sold more than 400 boxes. Siena is hoping customers will buy cookies for themselves and to share with others. She says "sharing is caring”. She would like for her troop to sponsor girls who can't afford the uniform or to join Girl Scouts.
